I live in a small city in Northern Colorado, and work as an Emergency Department RN. I grew up in a small rural town called Yuma, CO. I believe this gave me the appreciation for wide open spaces.
I like to try to photograph things people have never and may never see personally in their lifetime. Must be why I have so many nature/outdoor and rural type photos.
I started my interest in photography as a young child, but never really followed through...until now. I recently upgraded photography from "messing around" to a hobby and have been shooting exclusively in digital since 1999.
