This is the "Lumpy Ridge" towering over the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado where horror author Stephen King got stuck one New Year's Eve and was inspired to write "The Shining". The Stanley sits on a hill overlooking Estes, with that mighty mountain giving it beautiful perspective.
