Prancing, they are coming.
All over the universe they come.
They will dance; may you behold them.

- Black Elk, a Sioux indian, dreamt he heard a stallion sing a song.

Done with pastels on bark paper. The final piece took several hours of work and sore fingertips to smudge the pastel color evenly. Inspired by Native American artwork and ancient petrogylph cave drawings.
