Why am I being shown zero or only one size for my print?

If you are being shown no print sizes as reviewable for your image, it is because your aspect ratio doesn't match any of our print sizes. If you are shown print sizes but told that you cannot be reviewed for them, it is because your calculated DPI doesn't meet our minimum.

If you are being shown only one print size, you are likely being shown the 18x24 print. Many digital cameras shoot images at a 1.33:1 aspect ratio. The only print we offer for the 1.33:1 ratio is the 18x24. This is because an aspect ratio of 1.33:1 is not a traditional print size. For example, the print sizes at this aspect ratio would be 4x5.32, 5x6.65, 8x10.64 and 11x14.63.

There are several easy solutions to get more or different print sizes for your print. Head over to our Print Sellers' Tips page for more info!
